Welcome to my portfolio website! You can discover more about me, my qualifications, interests and more! Most people call me Izzy but I am also known as Isabella or Bella. I hope you will enjoy finding out more about me and discovering the real Izzy rather than the two pages of my CV!
I am a RAF Air Cadet with an interest in engineering, aerospace, horses and other livestock. I am used to hard work, mud and outdoor activity in all weathers due to growing up on several farms and having horses most of my life! I am also however good with time management and project management especially priorising jobs/tasks related to essential animal care and homework/project tasks.
Some of My Proudest Achievements
- A young carer for my mother (having previously saved her life). She struggles with brittle asthma and mobility challenges.
- Supporting several homeless charities including Threshold Housing and Homeless Veterans UK. As well as volunteer as a poppy collector for the RBL (Royal British Legion) Poppy Appeal each year.
- I am especially proud of my first aid qualifications up to instructor and assessor. I have also trained as a mental health advocate. I have had experience of a range of serious first aid emergencies as well as regularly performing my mental health advocate role in Air Cadets.
